His entrepreneurial spirit led him to own and operate a Realogy franchise under the Century 21 brand in suburban Boston from 1998 to 2008. During this period, he contributed to industry leadership as a member of the Century 21 national broker advisory council and played a pivotal role in a six-company merger—an ambitious consolidation that formed Massachusetts' fourth-largest real estate firm at the time.
